    I did the test and got 24 of 30 but I have a question if according to the = definite article (a specific object that both the person speaking and the listener know)

    - The car over there is fast.

    Something like this situation, I'm confused that if I write/say in the first time can I use A/AN or not ?

    - A car over there is fast
